Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support
- Manage booking inquiries and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations for service updates
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (BPO or related)
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working evening shifts (4 PM – 10 PM)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
